Cinco de Mayo or Cinco de Drinko, as we like to call it, is one of the best holidays! When else is it perfectly acceptable to wear a big, colorful hat and drink all day while shouting "Arriba"?! Are you ready for a fiesta?! We always are! Not only is easy to create the perfect event with this theme, it's coo-coo fun! If you aren't hosting a full on party, maybe just invite some folks over for a drink. Or at least have a BeerRita or maybe two! Cinco de Mayo is, obviously, the 5th of May. Mexican Beer – 1/4 cup Limoncello – 1/8 cup Grand Orange Marnier – 1 cup Ice- Crushed – 2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix the ingredients then season the rim of your glass with lime wedge. Add salt if you wish! Serve this ice cold. A nice addition to having great drinks? Great sides. Have an avocado bar complete with colorful chips.
